SeaCrest Solutions (SCS) provides independent owner-side support for drydock planning, yard sourcing, tendering, bid evaluation, supervision, and cost control. Our role is to help owners approach drydocking with practical technical judgment, disciplined preparation, and close attention to execution.
Drydocking projects can lose value quickly when specifications are weak, tender comparisons are unclear, or execution is not controlled closely enough on site. SCS supports owners and technical managers by bringing first-hand experience from ship management, repairs, drydocking, and shipyard environments, with focus on technical risk, commercial discipline, and practical results.
Our support is independent and owner-focused. The objective is not simply to place a vessel in a yard, but to help ensure that the selected scope is right, yard proposals are properly assessed, project execution is controlled, and the vessel is redelivered in line with the owner’s technical and commercial interests.
Depending on the vessel and the project, SCS may support repair specification review, steel and coating scope assessment, machinery and auxiliary work follow-up, technical interface with yard teams, and practical monitoring of quality, schedule, and cost. The emphasis is always on disciplined execution and clear owner-side visibility of what is happening, why it matters, and how it affects outcome.
SCS experience includes drydock and repair-related involvement across tanker and bulk-carrier segments, supported by long hands-on exposure to ship management, vessel repairs, project execution, and shipyard coordination. This background informs a practical approach shaped by real project conditions rather than generic process language.
